My intention is always to provide you with the most nourishing, supportive, and nervous system regulating soundbath experience. As a result, this event is limited to 15 people to allow for each participant to receive a quality soundbath experience.

What to expect during this Soundbath Experience:

First, you will lay down, get comfortable , and be guided through a gentle body relaxing meditation to begin the experience.

As you begin to surrender and let go the sounds of the crystal singing bowls and soft laps of the ocean waves will guide you along an inner journey of self discovery and relaxation.

Once the soundbath is over you will rise together to watch the sunset. Organic herbal tea from Magic Hour will be provided for all as an opportunity to sip, reflect, and connect (if you desire to) after your soundbath experience as the sun is setting.
