The Ethereal Sound Bath Experience

Therapeutic sound baths that support healing and relaxation in the body. Each sound bath is curated intentionally for your group with the foundational goal of engaging the parasympathetic nervous system and bringing the body, mind, & spirit back into balance.

Gather your loved ones for a deeply soothing and intentional experience designed to nurture relaxation, connection, and rest. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, baby shower, girls' weekend, or simply coming together to slow down and reconnect, a private sound bath provides a unique space for deep restoration and presence.

Customization Options:

  • Location Options: In-home sessions or in a studio space at your request.

  • Location Flexibility: I serve areas outside of Austin—travel fees may apply to locations more than 1 hr drive from Austin.

  • Provided Props & Setup: Yoga mats, heavyweight yoga blankets, neck pillows and eye masks can be provided at your request and will be set up for your group. Alternatively, you can choose to provide your own props.

  • Additional Touches: Complimentary weighted eye masks filled with flax seed and lavender are provided for your group regardless of the prop option you choose. Intentionally chosen affirmation cards are offered to each participant as a keepsake.

About me, and my approach to sound healing:

I bring a deeply intentional and trauma-sensitive approach to my sound baths, ensuring a safe and supportive space where participants can fully relax and receive. My sessions go beyond just playing instruments—they are designed to create a profoundly calming and restorative experience that nurtures both the mind and body. With a focus on nervous system support and deep relaxation, I offer a sound bath that is truly an invitation to rest and renewal.

FAQs

  • Sound bath rates vary depending on location, group size, and any additional props or equipment provided. To receive an accurate price quote for your event, please fill out the request form.

    The average rate for 2 people at your location in Austin is $300.

    The average rate for a group of 10 people, at your location in Austin, with all props (yoga mats, pillows, blankets, etc.) provided for you is $595.

    When a studio rental is needed, rates will vary and include rental fees.

    Factors such as travel distance, studio rental, props provided and the need for additional sound healers (among other things) may impact the final cost.

  • Yes! I can come to your home to provide the session or provide options for studio locations in your area. I typically offer sessions for 1 person out of a holistic wellness bungalow near downtown Austin. Get more information on booking a session for 1 person here: Sound bath sessions at the bungalow.

  • To begin, please request a quote by filling out the request form, which gathers the details needed for an accurate sound bath quote. You can expect a response within 24 hours, often on the same day. My reply will include rates, essential details, and answers to any questions you submitted. Once you review the response, simply let me know if you'd like to proceed with booking, and I will send a link to secure your date.

  • You can choose to pay in full or secure your date with a deposit. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your scheduled event. If booking within 7 days of your event, full payment will be required at time of booking.

    Please note that requested dates are not reserved until a payment has been made.

  • I currently offer mobile sound bath sessions and do not operate out of a dedicated studio space. I typically travel to clients' homes, workspaces, or vacation rentals to provide sessions. However, if you need a studio space, I have access to several locations in the Austin area and will do my best to secure one near you. Please note that if a studio rental is required, the associated fee will be included in your quote.

  • For a comfortable and relaxing experience, each participant will need:

    • A yoga mat or a soft surface to lie on (a blanket works well)

    • A neck pillow for support

    • An eye mask or covering

    • A blanket for warmth

    These items help create a deeply restorative experience. If you’d like me to provide them, please indicate this in your request form.

  • If you’d like me to provide the recommended items for your group, please indicate this on the request form. I will bring and set up everything needed before the sound bath begins, including:

    • Yoga mat

    • Small pillow

    • Heavyweight yoga blanket

    • Bolster

    • Weighted eye mask

    Your health and well-being are my priority. I take all necessary sanitary precautions to ensure each item is clean for every event. Weighted eye masks and pillows have removable, washable covers, yoga mats are thoroughly sanitized, and blankets are laundered after each use with hypoallergenic, fragrance-free detergent.

  • For locations that are more than an hour drive from Austin, a travel fee may be included in the quote.

  • Sessions are typically 60 minutes, but timing can be adjusted based on your needs.

    A 60-minute session includes a 45-minute sound bath, with the remaining 15 minutes dedicated to a gentle introduction, a brief explanation at the beginning and a mindful closing at the end of the session.
